Beth and Andrew were such a laid back, fun couple. They had a private ceremony and a lovely reception at Aldridge Gardens where everyone had a great time and danced hard (even before dark!) Without further ado, the photos!

Jessica + Jared | Birmingham Wedding
I loved working with Jared and Jessica photographing their beautiful wedding at Samford University. In spite of the day’s rain, they both effused joy and fun. Their ceremony was one of the most Christ-centered and loving I’ve heard in a long time. Here’s a quick preview.
They are the BEST photo jumpers. Could not decide which one I like better!
I loved all the details at the reception: especially the delicious food, beautiful cake and ice cream cart!

Growing With H

Maria + Jeremy | Birmingham Wedding Photographer
Maria and Jeremy had one of the most joyful and fun weddings I’ve had the pleasure of witnessing. More dancing pictures to come, for sure!
Maria and the girls got ready at her parent’s house. Jessie from Chase Hair off Hwy 150 made a house call.
They got married at beautiful St. Elias, a 100-year-old church in Birmingham.
Maria and Jeremy got married in the early evening, and so they chose to see each other beforehand for pictures.
Their ceremony was beautiful, incorporating elements from both of their churches.
I will share more reception pictures later, but I loved the ululations that these women did.

That’s Greg Berry at Blonde Salon & Spa who did Julia’s hair, and one of her bridesmaids, who works in film, doing her make-up. Greg is certainly one of the most beloved stylists in Birmingham.

Remember sweet Tripp from his baptism mini-session? He’s growing and all-boy! We started the session with a few minutes at home and then hit a nearby park. I loved watching him explore the world and capturing his little personality.
